30" INGENTO MAPLE GUILLOTINE STYLE PAPER CUTTER on Legs Table work Station NICE No need to find a counter big enough to place the cutter as it has a base and legs attached to it to make it a 30" tall work station. The cutting surface is 30" x 31.75" It is is good used condition with some scratches. Scuffs, and other signs of use. The main portion of the base looks to be original to the cutter but there is a couple of boards that have been added to the bottom to make a shelf and to make it more solid. There is also a shelf that has been added to the cutting side just below the blade, I guess to catch scrapes. The shelf will swing out of way when not in use and could easily be removed if desired. The base is sturdy and it really makes for a good works station. The base can be removed from the cutter with a handful of screws ... moreand bolts. The cutter is still in very good working order and cuts just fine! I prefer the cutter be picked up locally as it is very large and requires disassembling for shipping. Up for auction is an old-vintage. Well used MILTON BRADLEY CO. DANDY, PATENTED, SMALL SIZE PAPER CUTTER. It was found at auction so I don't know any history or specific age. I would describe it as being in well-used vintage condition. The greenish top is marred-scarred and has worn edges from use. The wooden ruler has a couple nail holes with the nails missing and one of the five nails in it is a bit crooked so your finger catches on the edge of the nail head. There is no safety latch on the blade. Don't think it's missing. Just never had one. The handle has BRADLEY raised on the outside side. The blade and plate is rusty and could use a polishing-scouring. The BLADE CUTS WELL UP CLOSE TOWARD THE HINGE BUT NOT BACK TOWARD THE HANDLE. Maybe a sharpening or adjustment is needed. It is an industrial paper cutter with a bar that clamps down on the paper to hold it tight and a tray that extends to hold the paper so it does not fall and make an uneven cut. The tray is adjusted by a knob on one side and also has two bars that can be adjusted to hold the paper up. The top of the surface for cutting paper measures 10 inch by 14 inch. There are 2 screws missing from the top surface where a bar has been removed but this does not effect how it cuts as I used it for cutting photography paper and never had any problems.
