With a steel blade, in good condition and working order. The blade makes a clean cut. The 16" x 16" grid does show signs of use, but has lots of cool patina. The cutter is 16" X 16" X 3" and the handle measures 23" overall. The weight is 16 pounds. As was custom of the time period. There are no safety guards of any type on this piece. Please use with caution. I might suggest attaching a simple wire hook to lock the blade when not in use. Overall the cutter is in good.
