The cutting surface is 12" x 12" There is a safety latch on the side of the cutter to hold the blade down when not in use. The parts list and instruction sheet is taped to the bottom. This trimmer was very taken care of and the guillotine blade is very sharp and cuts clean and easy. There is no paper guide. The 4 rubber feet are missing from the bottom. The cutting surface is very smooth and clean but has 3 or 4 light cutting marks and couple tiny chips on red bar still looks nice and operates well Thank you for looking.

The back says"model 212" or possibly"model 312" along with"STYLE G" and"JUN 1968. Not including the handle. The machine is 15" long and 8.5" wide. Machine seems to be in very good shape. Handle moves freely. Blade is on the machine. I don't really know how to clean this thing, so I'm leaving it as-is. I don't know how well the blade cuts. Offered is a Photo Materials Co Premier 16" x 16" paper cutter. It is in good working condition. It cuts great. The surface has a couple of spots where it is a little rough but it does not affect the usefulness. Two of the rubber feet are missing but I replaced them with plastic ones. It still has the finger guard in place.
