It has a grid and a ruler on top and bottom. It has marks and scuffs from use over the years. It’s on the large size. I measure the base to be about 16 inches by 16 inches. I measure the blade to also be about 16 inches long. Says“Premier brand manufactured by Photo Materials Company U.S. Patent Nos. 2.345,450- 2,256,606 Made in USA” There are no nicks in the blade. Very sturdy, very heavy item. Weighs 16 pounds 2 oz by itself with no packaging. Seems prohibitively expensive to ship, so local pickup is encouraged. This bradley 24" guillotine paper cutter works very well. The blade action is tight cuts smooth all the way through, this is a heavy duty cutter very well designed. Has feet that can be mounted for a secure table cutter. The blade will cut a full 24" deep, the platform is 20" across. There is not a blade lock on this unit. The blade has a strong spring which supports the blade off the table and will not fall.

Boston 2612 12" Paper Cutter Heavy-duty 3/4 inch wood base with non-skid rubber feet. 2 missing feet. Self-sharpening. Hardened steel blade, cuts up to 15 pieces of paper, textiles, film. The base is made out of solid, maple wood. 24" ruler along the top edge and a grid in 1/2" cubes on the surface. Safety latch for the cutting arm. Marked on the handle"INGENTO No. 1162" and has the" Ingento" decal label on the front. Cuts up to 15 sheets at one time. Steel tension spring keeps the blade arm in place during use. Very solid. Well made paper cutter. Weighs 26 pounds! Condition: There probably was a red. Metal finger guard rail at one time, now missing. VTG 6 1/2" GUILLOTINE PAPER CUTTER MONTGOMERY WARD #6 CAST IRON & WOOD EX COND
This is an antique cast iron and wood guillotine paper cutter made by the Montgomery Ward Co. and is marked that way. The body of it is 6 1/2 inches by 7 inches and the cutter is about 11 1/2 inches long. It has a few paint drops and some scratches but I did not see any other damage. I think it needs some adjustment on the paper cutter. I did finally cut some papers but had to push the cutter close to the board or else it would just bend the paper. After you open the blade.
