X-Acto ProCut ELITE 63" cutter (like Fletcher 3100)
I don't know much about this cutter. I believe this is very similar to the Fletcher 3100 cutter that sells for over $2.000. Some normal signs of wear and tear but seems to be in good working order. I am unfamiliar with shipping larger items. Due to it's large dimensions. The buyer will have to make arrangements for pickup or shipping.
