It looks complete. The top of the metal base measures 10 inches x 15 1/2 inches. With the wood strip it measures 12x15.5. I think the wood strip as been added, but looks professional as it is. It needs to be cleaned and all I did to test this was cut a piece of paper. It comes with the ORIGINAL owner's manual, which is in German and English. ~DAMAGED~ Dahle D558 Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer Circular Blade 51" Cut This item was damaged in shipping. It is being sold as-is, for parts or repair. The cutter cartridge was flipped upside down and out of it's track. And I tried to reposition it for the photos. The clear plastic paper clamp strip is loose and is easily removed. I do not detect any cracks or damage to the actual deck or working surface, but the end caps and the plastic housings that hold the metal bar in place are damaged. One of the little plastic magnets on the plastic backstop piece is also loose and needs to be reglued. The cutter blade seems to move freeley. I placed a piece of copier paper in the unit and tried a test cut and although the blade left a score line it did not cleanly cut the paper. I don't think the unit is damaged beyond use but it ... morewill need some repair and TLC.
