30" INGENTO MAPLE GUILLOTINE STYLE PAPER CUTTER on Legs Table work Station NICE No need to find a counter big enough to place the cutter as it has a base and legs attached to it to make it a 30" tall work station. The cutting surface is 30" x 31.75" It is is good used condition with some scratches. Scuffs, and other signs of use. The main portion of the base looks to be original to the cutter but there is a couple of boards that have been added to the bottom to make a shelf and to make it more solid. There is also a shelf that has been added to the cutting side just below the blade, I guess to catch scrapes. The shelf will swing out of way when not in use and could easily be removed if desired. The base is sturdy and it really makes for a good works station. The base can be removed from the cutter with a handful of screws ... moreand bolts. The cutter is still in very good working order and cuts just fine! I prefer the cutter be picked up locally as it is very large and requires disassembling for shipping. Arm is a bit more than 18 inches long. Some of the finish is coming up. Some scratches and the steel blade has some slight rust. Arm holds in up position well. The base is made out of solid, maple wood. 24" ruler along the top edge and a grid in 1/2" cubes on the surface. Safety latch for the cutting arm. Marked on the handle"INGENTO No. 1162" and has the" Ingento" decal label on the front. Cuts up to 15 sheets at one time. Steel tension spring keeps the blade arm in place during use. Very solid. Well made paper cutter. Weighs 26 pounds! Condition: There probably was a red. Metal finger guard rail at one time, now missing. One of the original screws that holds the ruler across the top was missing, it's been replaced with a screw that doesn't match the others(last photo) The metal paper guide is rusty and there is some rust on the cutting ... moreblade. Turquoise blue paint spots on the top surface and some scratches in the wood. Other, normal, general signs of use. Tested and in good working condition. Blade is very sharp. Overall, good condition.
