The cutter is overall in pretty good cosmetic condition with some scuffs and scratches from prior disassembly and reassembly. The only issue I saw was the the sensors for the digital readout were damaged and the readout is not currently accurate. Please refer to the provided pictures for details. The buyer will need to have the unit wired up directly for operation by an electrician. We wired the cutter up directly and it does cut well. As shown in the video below. Includes the shown blade that seems to be sharp and several blades that are stated as dull.
