Up for auction is a Siecor OTS-300 optical test set including an OTS-310 source and OTS-3MDSD meter. These units came to us as part of a surplus lot of working equipment. The units are in good shape but do show some signs of use. There is some marker writing on the unit cases and the carrying case as well as some light scratches/scrapes.
