And as far as I can tell it functions perfectly, as the light and focus adjust knob both work. However I am not familiar with this unit at all, so there may be something I am overlooking. When I look through the viewfinder and turn the light on. All I can see is white light. I assume this is because a fiber optic cable(which is something I don't have access to) needs to be inserted into the other end and get closer to the lens for anything to become visible.
