Up for auction is a Siecor OTS-300 optical test set including an OTS-310 source and OTS-3MDSD meter. These units came to us as part of a surplus lot of working equipment. The units are in good shape but do show some signs of use. There is some marker writing on the unit cases and the carrying case as well as some light scratches/scrapes. Both units power on and appear to be in working condition. Using the included 6 volt power supplies we powered these on and scrolled through the menu options. The units run and pass a self test on startup. Due to lack of test and calibration equipment we cannot fully test these units and are selling them as is.
