The outputs are marked +. and- The output power is variable from 0-120 Volts DC and 0-65 Milliamps DC. There is a coarse and fine voltage adjustment and a current adjustment. There is also a Power switch and a Meter switch to change the meter from Voltage to Current. I did power it up and was able to sweep from 0-120 volts.
