There are a few minor scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition. The screen is in good condition as well with no cracks or burned in areas. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We ran the item through a cycle and it reached 323V before it stated no load detected. We believe this is due to nothing being attached to the item.
