The unit powers-up and I was able to set the unit for 300Vdc and initiate a cycle with a hand-held voltmeter connected(VOLTMETER NOT INCLUDED) the power supply would generate up to 300Vdc and then sense that there was no load(n_L) and cancel the cycle, although this is the only testing that has been performed.
