We turned the item to"0" and then slowly progressed to a higher voltage. on 15 milliamp and 300 V) The meter read the voltage correctly. We then set the item to"1000" volts and"150" milliamp and tested the item from 0-1000. The volt meter read a max voltage of"600" even with the max voltage set at"1000" We are unsure the reason for this and can not determine if there is an issue with the item. This item is in good condition with some minor cosmetic wear from normal use. There are a few scuff marks and scratches on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are all in good condition. The gauges are also in good condition with no cracks or ships. All connections are in good condition with no dents or cracks. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We connected a volt meter to the item and measured different amounts. We turned the item to"0" and then slowly progressed to a higher voltage. on 15 milliamp and 300 V) The meter read the voltage correctly. The volt meter read a max voltage of"600" even with the max voltage set at"1000" We are unsure the reason for this and can not determine if there is an issue with the item.
