Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We connected a volt meter to the item and measured different amounts. We turned the item to"0" and then slowly progressed to a higher voltage. on 15 milliamp and 300 V) The meter read the voltage correctly. We then set the item to"1000" volts and"150" milliamp and tested the item from 0-1000. The volt meter read a max voltage of"600" even with the max voltage set at"1000" We are unsure the reason for this and can not determine if there is an issue with the item.
