This item ... moreis in good condition with some cosmetic wear from normal use. There are a few scratches and scuff marks on the item but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition as well as the inputs and outputs. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on with no problems. We were able to use all the function buttons without any issues. We connected a volt meter to the outputs of the item and we were able to test the voltage multiple times up to 500V. Our volt meter only reads to a max 500V. Every voltage we tested was almost correct. The display would always state 2 to 3 volts lower then our meter read. We believe this is because the item needs to be calibrated. Since we are unable to test the complete functionality of the item we are required to sell this item as is. Thank You.
