I have not extensively tested the unit but I did confirm that it will produce a voltage and current does flow. All front panel buttons work, the power switch is a little sticky. The previous owner did write on it, as shown in the photos. There are two locations where the sheet metal chassis has been bent, as shown in the photos. One rubber foot is missing. There are four pairs of output terminals, the output is set using rotary encoders and then you can switch between"set" and"actual" display modes, the output can be toggled using the front panel buttons.
