2 Lineman pole/ tree climbing spikes,1belt,1saftey strap and extra 2straps # 918
This was my Dads Lineman spikes. Belt, safety strap. They have been in a barn for 14 years. And havent been use or tested for that long. The belt and the safety strap was in the original plastic bags with some holes in the bags. So there is a little bit of corrosion on the metal but can be cleaned off. The Blue/white ajustable hooks are Klein hooks with buckingham model 3500 top padded nylon w/ Velcro straps. The second set are Buckingham model 3922 leather adjustable the spike looks larger than the fist set maybe for trees? The belt is a Miller 8435 nylon with a leather end. The safety strap is a Buckingham 3660. I have 2 extra hook straps and a extra Klein leather top part for a hook. Real Photo Postcard-35th Division-Telephone Pole Climbing-Camp Robinson, Arkansa
This Real Photo Postcard shows several soldiers of the 35th Division Telephone Climbing at Camp Robinson Arkansas. The 35th was a National Guard Division with members from Kansas. Missouri and Nebraska. They were called to active duty on Dec. 23, 1940 and was a combat divison that participated in Omaha Beach in May of 1944. This card has not been postally used, has an EKC Stamp Box and is in good condition. Pole or Tree CLIMBING SPIKES SPURS GAFFS and Heavy CLIMBING SAFETY BELT
Here is a climbing setup which includes the two leg spikes and the heavy climbing belt. It looks like a Klein belt but I cannot find any mark on the equipment. The belt looks very good. It does not appear to have had a lot of use. The spikes are in great shape, again they do not appear to have had a lot of use. Some of the straps on the spikes appear to have some mold on them. They should be tested, and oiled as they appear stiff, but I think they will work fine. Please check out the pictures, and thank you for looking.

These need some work but with a little effort you can get them usable. They have some rust on them. The spikes are pole spikes. The leather pad is stiff but with use will come back to life. They need the bottom straps.

Bashlin Alcoa DB14 aluminum pole climbers with short gaffs. Rubberized nylon straps and 140DS leather pads. The gaffs/ spikes measure approx 1 7/8" The yellow gaff protectors are Buckingham part# 21A. They're quick and easy to take on and off the gaffs. These climbers are used. I bought them used several years a go, and only used them a few times. They're in good condition with some wear and scratches that would be typical for a pair of pole climbers that have been used.
