Wesco Engineer boots Boss Japan motorcycle biker 8 E burgundy leather lined
Up for sale is a pair of Wesco Boss engineer boots. The size is marked as an 8 E. But they fit my size 8 1/2 D foot very well. Check the measurements to make sure they will fit you, as Wesco's sizing can be a bit on the big side. These were bought from Wesco's online factory seconds shop. But they have no visible defects that I can find. There was a small scuff on one boot when I bought them new, but that scuff blends in very well now that they have some wear. These boots feature Wesco's burgundy leather, black leather lining, Vibram full soles, Vibram heels, pull straps, reinforced toes(but not steel toes) Wesco's"black" roller buckles which are a Japan only feature, and I believe that they were originally a custom order for a customer in Japan but the scuff on the boot made them fall into the seconds category. ... moreEven though these are seconds. Height of heel; 2 inches. Toe to heel; 11 and 1/2 inches. Widest part of sole; 4 and 1/2 inches. Widest part of heel; 3 inches. The boots are in good condition. Expect normal wear associated with normal work use. On the tongue of both boots are green spots caused by the brass rivets(see listing photo) Seller ... morebelieves that with some work the green spots could be removed. VERY NICE VTG WESCO 17" BLACK SIZE 9D LEATHER ENGINEER MOTORCYCLE BIKER BOOTS
VERY NICE* SCARCE VTG WESCO 17" BLACK SZ 9D LEATHER ENGINEER MOTORCYCLE BIKER BOOTS This offering is for a vintage pair of Wesco Black Leather Engineer or Motorcycle Riding Boots. The boots are not dated but I would place the manufacture sometime in the 1970's to 1980's. The makers markings are plainly visible on the upper front of each boot and read"WESTCOAST SHOE COMPANY WESCO SINCE 1918" The soles are marked"RESIST OIL VIBRAM NO MARK" The inside of each boot is also marked with the size 9D and the code number 21 01. The condition is very nice with light wear. Mostly on the toe areas as it typical. The sole of the left boot also has a worn area on the very left edge where it looks like a biker allowed the spot to come in contact with pavement wearing the edge down a bit. This is shown in close-up both above ... moreand below. The exterior length on the sole and heel is app. 11.5" with the maximum width across the ball of the foot being app. 4.25" The boots are made of an excellent quality black leather and the overall condition is very nice. As stated there is the worn spot on the left sole and some minor wear and scuff markings to the finish on the toes as is expected but that's about it as seen in our close-up photo's both above and below. Please keep in mind we are offering the boots as found, we have not polished or cleaned them so they will look even better than they do now once they are properly cared for. The boots have a great classic styling that's as popular today as when they were first made. This beautiful pair of vintage engineer boots display beautifully and they will make an excellent fashion addition to your wardrobe. Wesco Lineman Boots, 16" tall, size 8D
Wesco lineman boots. Size 8.0 D, 16" tall. These were my pair of boots I personally used before retiring. I wore the taller style for line work even though we rarely climb. Since I liked the support the taller boot. As you can see they have very little wear. Without a doubt a real working mans pair of boots. They have many miles and hours of service to the line worker or just for recreation use. I am thinning my closet of many pair of boots. So check out my other auctions. My reserve price is far below half the cost of a new pair.

I bought these for my son many years ago I think they might have been custom made I can't find a size or number on them anywhere I think they might be sz6 but can't remember for sure. These are not in like new condition but they have only been worn a few times.
