Listing tonight is a very nice[ shabby-rusty chic at its finest] former climbing stair rail. These were removed many years ago from a relatives house and were used as garden hardscape for many years. It is not the prefab stuff you would find in the ranch houses of the 1970's. Its the custom made hand welded stuff that cost a lot back then. It would make the best garden path divide that would also be a climbing structure. It's original garden debut did not do it justice but it has lots of potential to make a statement. They are nearly 10" tall. The top rims are trimmed in gold. The candle insert holes are very shallow-less than 1/2" and they are 1.25" in diameter. The bottoms are 4.25" in diameter and 2.75" at the top. They are marked on the bottom. Both are in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks or breaks. The leather straps that secure the harness to the spikes is suffering dry rot and would likely do well to be replaced for use. The gaff spikes are sharp and show little use. These were from a neighbor who has since retired, and they do show wear from use. Fully functional currently, they could use some TLC.
