Sizing: I wear 31" in regular pants and can put this on to the first hole and it close to snug(the leather still needs to be broken in) Plus there is another 8" of holes. I would guess it is a 32" 40" size. It is stamped with"2951" 2-79" and"42" CONDITION Like new. Other than the marker which says. Plant# 2" it looks new. No signs of wear on it. This auction is for a Buckingham clean size 22 1993F utility pole Lineman Climbing gear safety tool belt. This item was made in this USA. I acquired this item from a storage locker that I purchased. This utility tool belt looks great but does show visible signs of wear. There are scuffs. Scratches, scrapes and discoloration on this tool belt. The paint on the metal tag is worn but still works to identify the belt. Some of the metal hardware on this belt has rust on it. I cleaned this item but there may still be some dust or dirt on it.
