It give it a 9/10. little scuff from sitting in the rod holder near the clamp in the back. It has pulled in some kingfish and bonito but never really had a chance to try and pound a fat sailfish. What I have a a rarely used Penn Formula 15LD on a custom built rod. The rod is an 82" roller rod as you can see from the pics it has rollers start to finish. Both rod and reel have minor surface scratches but no gouges. There is also some light surface corrosion on the aluminum parts of the reel but this has all been treated so as not to get any worse. This is a nice outfit and I have had it several years but I no longer have my boat and I just dont get out on the ocean much at all anymore so I am selling it on here.
