Pair of SHIMANO TLD 15 Lever Drag Conventional Reels I am selling these two TLD 15s as a pair. Both are in great working order as they were last serviced in March 2012. And I didn't get much use out of them in the 2012 season. Drags are still smooth, and aesthetically they still look good, but show normal wear such as minor scratches. These are spooled with 65# red Power Pro for backing up to about 1/3 of the spool(about 200 yards) then packed full with 30# smoke blue Jinkai line I added to is towards the end of last 2012 season, so it is still in good shape. I mostly used these reels for striper, black drum, and some inshore trolling for small tunas and mahi. I will only ship to the US and I am setting the shipping to be FREE for this pair of reels. Penn International 50 Big Game Conventional Lever Drag Reel
This reel has seen a lot of use. But it still works well enough to catch big fish. Particulars: Original 50 International(1967-1986) Parts are still available online. By the way. Reel turns smoothly. Drag is strong and smooth. Clicker works. Lots of scuffs and some corrosion damage. But these spots have been polished smooth. Button for preset strike drag stays down. Could be fixed but I didn't bother since you can just use it as a marker instead of a stop. Reel was recently rebuilt and lubed. I have caught a few sharks with it. And it's reliable in action.
