Marked on the belt: KLEIN BURHKE- BELL SYSTEM- SIZE 22- MFG. 11 70- 29271- Marked on the canvas pouches: BELL SYSTEM B- Marked on the lanyard: M. These climbing spikes are a shiny chrome plated steel and appear never used with virtually not a scratch on them. All the holes in the straps do not appear ever used either. Buckingham Tree Pole Lineman Climbing Belt and Bashlin Lanyard
This is a Buckingham climbing belt and a Bashlin Industries Lanyard. The belt is a size 28. I do not know what the size chart is for the sizing. I have a size 33 waist and this belt is too big for me in the smallest hole by a couple of inches. I would guess it a 35-36 up to a 43-44 waist size. It is dated 11/98 and it is in excellent condition. The lanyard is a Bashlin. It is made of two very heavy leather straps sewn together with what looks like may be a nylon material between the leather straps. It has the numbers 78-C on it. It is adjustable from 4 foot to 6 foot. I would rate it in good condition for it's age as well. Because of the nature of these items they are being sold"as is" no warranty is expressed or implied. VINTAGE BUCKINGHAM LEATHER LINEMAN/CLIMBING BELT & LANYARD
The only ID I could find was the name Buckingham on the buckles and the number 44 on the outside of back band. Shows average wear but not worn out. There are multiple tool holders- it looks like the flap is missing to a pouch. The overall length of the leather belt is 55" the lanyard as shown is 52" from end to end of hooks. There is about 30" of that which is looped with holes for adjustment. I don't know much about these so if you need more info please ask.
