For your consideration. A 26 ply Maple Sonor snare drum w/Ebony high gloss veneer 14x5 with a sexy Tweed case in a class that only Sonor can produce. This drum was made for 5 Star drum shops only and only 50 were made I believe. Maybe less. It has gold hardware throughout with diecast hoops for extra punch and crack. This drum toured with Mike Marsh(now of The Avett Brothers) during his tenure with Dashboard Confessional. The top head has been signed recently by Mike. See pictures. The only issue with this drum is a missing screw on the badge. Mike said it only came with 3. Never bothered him. You can get one of these screws from Sonor probably very easily. The case is riddled with details like a slot for sticks. 3 slots for different flavors of snare wires(steel, bronze and brass) and a drum key holder. Up for auction is this real picture post card of"Minnesota Veneer 35 minutes after the fire started" as stated on the back of the post card. I think this may have been a picture of a factory that made wood veneer that caught fire. In the photo you can make out railroad tracks. A wood box car marked Chicago. a chimney from the former building and logs scattered around. This card as a lot of smudges on the back. This is a beautiful empire marble top console table that I am dating circa 1840. The table has the original finish and also the original scalloped and beveled marble top. The table is very solid and sturdy and the marble is very heavy. Other than the normal wear for an antique both the table and marble are in fine condition. Their is one small piece of veneer on the side apron that has been repaired. The table measures 39 1/2" wide. 26" deep, and 31" tall. It sits on 4 small brass rollers. The legs and center stretcher are both scalloped and very decorative. The apron below the marble top is covered in crotched mahogany veneer. This is a really beautiful table if empire is your thing. This is a mid century modern. Or Danish Modern cedar chest by Lane. This chest feature a unique veneer lattice pattern on the front side panels and graceful, modern legs. It has a felt lined drawer at the bottom. There are a couple minor scuffs to the wood and the top has some minor moisture damage. I found it was not very noticeable if I kept the top well cleaned and oiled with Old English. Jacoby pool cue: Tulipwood, Birdseye, Veneer Rings, Edge Hybrid & reg shaft
Up for auction is a custom Jacoby pool cue that was made for me by Dave and Brandon Jacoby. Unfortunately. I never get to use all my beautiful cues and it’s time to sell some of them to pool players who will! The cue is made from a solid piece of gorgeous Tulipwood in the butt(No Splices in this piece) and Birdseye Maple in the forearm. With beautiful custom ring work! All the woods and detail work are just exceptional! The tulipwood is incredibly figured& has beautiful color! The cue includes an Edge Hybrid shaft 12.75mm and 1 standard Jacoby shaft. All around 12.75mm. The Edge Hybrid has a Kamui black soft tip and the standard shaft has Tiger Everest tip. Approximate weight is 19oz. But is adjustable with a weight kit if you chose to modify it your personal preference. The Edge HYBRID Shaft has never been used! Radial pin.
