Wisconsin, USA Hardcover green book with nice gold color gilt titling and illustration on the front cover. Book is in Good minus condition(see guide below) No handwriting or water stains. It is complete. Cover has minor rub and scuff, including on edges and corners. Near bottom of spine there is a light mark which may be remains of a sticker. Inside pages are clean overall, minor marks here and there, tiny clips and snips on edges, small wrinkles and creases, plus there are 4 loose pages 51-54, however, the pages are here. Yates American No. 1 Jointer 16" Blade Width 1920's Cast Iron 5 HP three phase direct drive motor Bed is about 7 feet long Has a 5 foot adjustable fence Jointer bed has cutout for cutting rabbets. This jointer has a lot of features that some jointers don't have like the direct drive motor. 4 blade cutter head with 4 1/4" cutting diameter, rabbeting edge, and the rear table can be adjusted to make hollow or spring joints. This jointer is in working condition. But it needs a magnetic switch. It is heavy at 2000 pounds. It must be picked up. I can get it onto a dual axle flatbed trailer. I can provide more better photos for the serious buyer.

There was not enough room in the new location for this saw. The saw was reported to be working when removed. We brought the unit into our shop and our shop manager spent an hour going over the saw and testing it the best he could with out having a blade. He did say that it seemed to be a smooth running unit with no apparent issues. We then cleaned. HAND SANDED, primed and painted the unit inside and out. Powermatic wood lathe face plate 7 inch also Delta Yates American Oliver others
This is a Powermatic gold face plate that came from a Model 45. It probably fits a Model 90 also. It is 7 inches in diameter and is solid cast iron 3/8 inches thick so it is quite substantial. The holes for mounting were part of the original manufacture and not drilled later because they have the gold paint inside. I don't have a way to measure the threads but the hole diameter is one inch and the threads are raised from that. Which suggests that they are one inch. I also cannot tell if the threads are right or left, but again, this is standard Powermatic manufacture so whatever is standard for a 45/90 lathe is almost certainly what this is. It shows no sign of rust. Nor any abuse. It is guilty of living is a workshop environment, so it is not spotless, but it is perfectly usable for its intended purpose. I hope it fits your needs. Take a look at this incredible Resaw! This machine stands 8ft tall and needs a pit at least 4ft. deep underneath. The band wheels are 54" in diameter. The lower one is a solid casting and acts as a flywheel to retain speed. The unit has a 35HP 220volt General Electric motor. This machine was built in 1940. The saw will come with several usable and recently sharpened blades. The saw will center split a 12" x 20" cant and the feed rollers will also tilt to allow for making beveled siding. Antique Frank Fiske Native American Sioux & Priests Photograph Fort Yates ND
This auction is for an amazing original circa 1910-20 photograph by Frank Bennett Fiske. This photograph is an original mounted photograph on F.B. Fiske board. The board has the design and name on the bottom right hand corner. It also says Fort Yates. North Dakota. Frank Fiske was a very prominent photographer in North Dakota. And certainly one of the most recognized photographers of the Sioux. If you are a collector, you already know his lengthy history and accomplishments, but if not please check out the North Dakota Council on the Arts website to read his biography. This beautiful photograph measures 7.5" by 6" and is mounted onto a 12" by 10" board. It features 6 mission priests surrounding a fully dressed Native American. Along with two Native American women in the background. The main subject has a full headdress, ... morejacket, beaded pants, tomahawk and war club. The detail and sharpness of the photograph is simply amazing. There are even two hand notations under the photo saying Fr Ambrose and Fr Bernard. There are 3 scratches to the photograph that are to the left of the main Native. To the right over part of a forehead of a priest, and in the background between two people in the back. Otherwise the photograph is very clean, crisp and has tremendous detail. The original board has the F.B. Fiske marking and has two holes on the right side. I assume this was stored in an album many years ago. There is a piece missing on the top hole and the bottom hole has some rips starting. The corners are a little rounded as well. No creases or bends to the photograph. Nothing written on the back. If you are familiar with the 1983 portfolio put out by the North Dakota Heritage Foundation. A copy of this photograph was included as number 30 in the set. Tough to find the portfolio copy, to find an original like this is exceptionally rare.
