The Nature Boy is our single speed cross racing monster and carries all of the AC hallmarks that you've come to love: beautiful lugged crown fork. Classic paint, custom dropouts, and signature headbadge. It was designed primarily as a race rig, but since we knew that many of you out there would be using this thing for every day life, we built in additional features to make it more versatile. You’ll find hidden fender mounts. Two sets of bottle bosses(reinforced of course) removeable canti studs, fat tire clearance, and a steel fork that is easily swapped for a carbon model should you want to lighten up for race season. Race the crap out of it. Ride singletrack, gravel, or commute until your heart’s content. What we have for auction is my 2012 race bike. It only saw race miles and one ride to work so probably about 100 miles total. Chain ... moretension adjustment bolts have been removed(one broke off and is still stuck inside but doesn't affect anything) and replaced by a surly chain tug. Which is much more secure. The wheels could be trued(rear has a small hop) and brakes need adjusted, it had carbon tubulars on and they fit much different than these. Be tape should be re wrapped, I did it right before a race and its fairly sloppy though fully functional. The lizard skins tape is amazing in the wet and very durable. Frame is a 56 cm but was ridden by a 6' adult male. I like my bars low and with a 130 stem this fit me perfect though typically you would be a bit shorter on this frame size. The really nice ritchey fork was cut very short, as you can see in the photo there is only one spacer above the stem and it is slammed. However with a higher rise stem you could certainly get the bars a bit higher. Check the geometry chart thoroughly to make sure this will fit you. If you have any questions about the geometry, let me know, I will measure whatever you need. I can also take more detailed photos of by area on request, my Iphone camera is only so good though. This is a 2002 LeMond Nevada City 59cm road bike. It was handmade in the USA out of Reynolds 853 steel. The bike is fully equipped with Dura-Ace 7700. The bike rides great and the frame is great condition with minimal scratches and wear. All of the parts are functional. The left shifter works. But is pretty worn out. When it is shifted from little to big, the lever keeps going but does not engage. All of the parts are pretty worn. The shifters have a bunch of paint missing. The cranks are scrapped up. Everything still works. The wheels are Cane Creek Crono X Cross. They are true and the bearings feel great. If you have any questions. Feel free to ask.

This offering is for an early vintage Spyderco Endura Clip-It model knife( used) Pictures are of the knife offered for bid– they are not stock photos. When Spyderco first released the Endura in 1990. Folks made fun of its non-traditional appearance. It blazed new frontiers on the cutlery scene by introducing one-hand-opening, lightweight folding knives to the market– knives that offer high performance for the dollar. The Endura being sold here is a collector level knife. It is a hard to find pre-1998 model with a tang stamp of Seki City, Japan. The blade was crafted from G2 stainless steel. Similar to 440C but somewhat stronger, G2 is a steel with good corrosion resistance and edge retention. I bought this knife new around 1998. I carried it for a couple years. It has been in a box in my closet ever since. It is not in mint condition. There are a couple nicks on the tip of the serrated blade and the handle has very minor scratches. Spyderco only used the ATS-55 steel for a few years. Since they stopped in the early 2000s. A Ritchey headset, Bontrager white stem(the white is getting kind of ugly and discolored) Tektro R538 brake calipers and a Parlee PF30 to Shimano bottom bracket adaptor(this will allow you to run any newer Shimano crankset) But you can always take the adaptor out and use a true PF30 crankset. Also installed a burly lizard skins chainstay protector sticker. Never crashed. Ridden for a season. Some marks in paint from normal use in the normal spots were cables rub. Says"Steel City Ace Delicious Nut Meat 5c Mfg'd for& Dist'd by Steel City Vending Co. Pittsburgh" I don't see any surface rust. Some of the paint is chipped a little bit and missing. I do not have a key for the lock. There sounds like there's a nickel in there. Who knows, whatever's in there may be worth something. Some of the paint is cracking and flaking off, but looks to be 90% there. I could find no chips or cracks in the glass. Seems to operate. Looks to be in good shape for how old it is.
