The original switch plate covers were made from thin aluminum and were easily dented. Dinged, damaged, or lost. We have several styles of Delta and Delta Rockwell plates available. All are newly manufactured and better than the originals. All of these plates are made of stainless steel and have been carefully and painstakingly recreated from the dimensions of the original plates and from the original artwork. The switch plate blanks were laser cut from.030" thick 304 stainless steel before being carefully deburred and brush finished. Prior to the high quality screenprinting of the artwork. Four different Delta switch plate styles are currently offered: Item A" The black Delta UNISAW plate was used on all Delta table saws up to around 1945. When the plate was changed to include the Rockwell name. Only two pieces of this plate are left. Item B" The black Rockwell/ Delta UNISAW plate was used on all Delta table saws built after Rockwell acquired the Delta company somewhere around 1946. I believe the original part number for this Unisaw plate with the now added Rockwell name is 41687. Only three pieces of this plate are left. One Tongue and Groove Moulder/ Shaper cutter head. The head uses replacable carbide inserts. I believe the cutter head is made by Byrd. I am currently researching this. O.D. is 6" I.D. Bore is 2-1/8" height of the cutter head is 2" and the height of the carbide insert is slightly more than 1-9/16" closer to 1-19/32" Please contact before buying if more info is needed. The cutter can also be run on a shaper using an insert to reduce down the shaft diameter. The cutter head is used but in good condition, it has a few minor scratches that can be seen in the photos. This is a early Delta Milwaukee three knife shaper cutter head. It is No. 1343 later sold as No. 43-344. It is in good condition with some tarnish and a few scratches to show for years. The arbor hole is 3/4" and is in good shape. It comes with four sets of cutters. The set in the head is set 35-104 straight 1" and is used and looks to have had some relief ground on the edges. Also includes is a set of 35-227 Flute Bead. Quarter Round, Ogee Combination in a 35-228 box, this set appears unused. The next set of cutters is marked MC-247 Door Lip(used) and the last set is MC 192 a Triple Bead and appear lightly used. Vintage Delta Rockwell 3-Knife Safety Cutterhead Moulding Head Cat # 1343 Shaper
For your bidding consideration in this auction is a Catalog No. 1343 Delta Rockwell 3-Knife Safety Cutterhead. The arbor hole is 3/4" and there is a 5/8" bore bushing included. It should have a 1/2" bore bushing. But I don't have that. This is a small cutterhead that was intended for use on the 3/4" and 1/2" diameter spindles of Delta shapers along with the moulding cutter knives also used on table and radial arm saws. It is in very good useable condition and comes with one set of sharp knives. The box in the photos is trashed and won't be shipped with the cutterhead.

It has a 5/8" bore and professionally machined approximately 1 15/16" x 5/8" deep counter bore on the front that allowed it to be used with an older Powermatic 66(could be machined/sleeved for other applications) Also included are 1 pair of knives(uses 40mm knives from CMT.
