Baton case is in very used condition with stains on back and the interior velvet peeling from exterior with fraying ends. Baton case about 22.5 inches long.

VINTAGE 1940s AWESOME PLASTIC BOAT W/ MAN MOTOR RUBBER BAND RUDDER THOMAS TOY NJ
Here is a super cool old plastic boat made by Thomas Toy out of Newark NJ. It is about 8.5" long from tip to back of propeller. I think my pics show it all pretty well. It has a plastic man and a white motor. The propeller is attached to a rubber band(I believe the one attached may be the original) You tighten the rubber band by turning a small handle on the propeller. Then you can set it down and watch it work. I have not put it in water nor tightened it much due to this appearing to be the original rubber band and afraid it might break(although you could just use a new rubber band) But it does work and spin the propeller just by tightening a little. Really cool little piece. No others on ebay either completed or active. I found one elsewhere online that said 1940s and didn't have the motor and wanted $40 for it. Super cool little ... morepiece. Musical Panda Bear One Man Band
Your bid is for one classic one man band panda bear. Standing 10" tall at the top of his ears. The battery operated motor runs strong and smooth but the arms, legs, and head are not moving. He is holding a drum stick in his right hand and a cymbal in his left. The arms and legs will move when manually manipulated and will occasionally react to the motor. I am unwilling to try to open the bear up in the back to fix what might just be a separated linkage or a need for lubrication. The toy is very clean without any breaks or cracks. The white part of the bear's fur is only slightly in need of cleaning. The battery compartment(C batteries) is very clean, without any corrosion. This is for a very nice and clean Montgomery Wards Airline Solid State AC/DC radio. AM/FM/CB radio. This works great and sounds pretty good too. This is missing the knob on the end of the antenna and there is a tiny little scuff on the one corner, please see photo#10. The antenna is still very easy to pull up and down with the little finger grip thing on the end. There are no dents or dings or missing paint. This has the AC cord that fits under the battery compartment on the backside. Serial No. GEN-1473A. I do not know what caused the darkish color on the cardboard piece in the back. 1917- The Original Dixieland Jazz Band recorded"The Darktown Strutters' Ball. The Darktown Strutters' Ball" is a ragtime classic. Still a favorite with Dixieland bands today. Black/Native American composer Shelton Brooks(1886-1975) was born in Canada and moved to Detroit as a teenager, where he became known as something of a child prodigy on the piano. He built his fame as a vaudeville comedian and prolific composer. Based on a dance he saw at the 1915 San Francisco Exposition, Strutters' Ball" was recorded by the Original Dixieland Jazz Band's first recording session in 1917, the one that introduced jazz music to mainstream audiences, and has since been recorded by hundreds of artists.
