1994 Vermeer 1250BC Wood Chipper Perkins Diesel Low Hours!!!
For sale is a 1994 Vermeer 1250BC wood chipper in great running condition. Serial# 1VRC14131R1004902. Powered by a Perkins 2.2L diesel engine that runs great. The machine only has 554 hours. Hydraulic roller feed and hydraulic swing-out feature. The auto feed feature currently doesn't work but only needs a 10amp fuse and fuse cap to work and I am sourcing that currently. All other features work. Clutch engages good and engine maintains RPMs great during chipping. The tires have 75% tread remaining and the machine tows well. VERMEER 1250 Wood Chipper, 4 cyl 86 HP Perkins Diesel, Very LOW Hours, EXCELLENT
For sale is a 12” Vermeer chipper with a 86hp Perkins diesel. It was purchased 6 years ago from the original owner who used it to clean up branches and limbs on his golf course. It has been used about 10 hours per year at a weekend property and now it has 382.5 hours. Recently one of the brass bushings on the feed roller carriage broke so we removed the feed roller assembly. Checked the entire feed system, installed all new upper and lower carriage bushings, cleaned and checked the feed roller carriage track, hydraulic drive motors and feed roller bearings and all were tight and good. Also replaced were the radiator hoses, oil cooler lines, rubber fuel lines, air inlet hoses, engine belts, thermostat, antifreeze, fuel filters, air filter, hydraulic filter and hydraulic oil, all with Vermeer parts. This is a great machine but it’s much bigger ... morethan I need for small branches and limbs and I want a small chipper I can run off my tractor. The knives are sharp knives and I have a spare set of knives and a spare set of wheels and tires. This chipper is about as close to new as you can get and is in excellent condition.
