Drum is in good shape. new knives. chipper shows expected wear on paint. We drive a lot of gravel roads. The fiberglass hood has been updated with a steel hood. As you can see by the pictures the hood has a very large dent in it. Runs and works excellent. Note: I am working on getting a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin for this chipper. In our state we are not required to license chippers so Vermeer does not give them out when they are sold here. If you are from a state that requires licensing please contact me before bidding. For Sale is a 2011 Vermeer BC1000XL with 2622 hours on 49 hp Caterpillar C2.2 Diesel engine. This is a 12" capacity chipper with autofeed. Chipper is in very good condition and runs and chips excellent. The paint is a bit rough in spots because of lots of gravel road driving. I have owned it since new and it was always serviced every 150- 200 hours. We are a line clearing company so it has had a relatively easy life chipping mostly branches under 6" in diameter.
