Solid Salsco Quality– Salsco is not sold as much in Michigan. They are out of CT, but it is a preferred brand for many professionals elsewhere in the U.S. since 1979. Extra Set of Knives- Comes with an extra set of new knives($200 value) so you can always have fresh chips– this is something one might need on the spot so I ordered them when we got it.
