2009 ALTEC D/C-12/17 Kubota Diesel Wood Chipper 13 inch capacity 85 HP
For sale is a 2009 Altec diesel 13 inch wood chipper with a Kubota 85 Horse power Engine. The Kubota engine runs smoother then any wood chipper engine I have ever come across. At the max RPM you can still talk over the motor. I want to let all entrusted parties know the following 1. The tail lights work but the break and directional lights do not work. 2. The RPM gauge and hour meter stopped working the hour meter reads 2570 but the chipper has closer to 2700 hour on it. Woodchuck chipper model 16A kubota diesel needs work
You are looking at a woodchuck 16a wood chipper. I bought this in a lot of equipment from a utility company. It has a Kubota diesel turbo engine that is stuck. I was told by them that they thought the engine stuck while sitting outside. It was painted 3 years ago and sat outside and never got used. I put a pipe wrench on the shaft to verify it is stuck! I have no idea whats wrong other than what I was told. The rest of it is in good condition. If you have a motor or the knowledge to work on this one. It would be a good machine. I am selling it as is! Needing repaired. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end. It is towable and has decent tires. Ohio residents must pay sales tax unless exemption forms are provided.
