Vintage ancestor type wood carving
11 1/2 inches high. A primitive wood carving. I do not know the wood, it may be an ancestor piece. There are some light cracks, could be age or just the wood. Good as is condition per photographs. I am pretty sure it is from Oceania as I bought at a garage sale and the other pieces were from that area. I believe“floor dry” is an industrial product used to absorb liquid from a floor. The block is made of wood. With the attached image made of some kind of metal. 0-9 number set 4.92/5.71 inch(12.5/14,5 cm) These characters are coming from Germany and were probably made in the 1920/1930s. We have removed some dust. But did no full cleaning. However, as you can see on the photos, the printing blocks are in excellent condition. Please be sure. That a carefull packaging will be done for the characters, so nothing will hurt the characters on transport. For detailed pictures see below.
