Roland MC500 Mark II with 4 discs and original manuals, in Anvil-type case
Roland MC500 Mark II Microcomposer. Comes with System disc(and 2 backup discs of the same) as well as another MRM500 disc. Unit comes with original 2-prong power cord and original manuals for the Super MRC sequencing software, as well as the MRM500 system generator. I tested all four discs and they all booted the machine fine. The unit works fine and is still pretty powerful considering its vintage. ISSUE: there is one issue. The screw holes on the back cover have had the small bit of plastic underneath apparently snap off. This is how the machine was when I got it. I tried to show this in the picture where you can see me lifting the back cover. This does not affect the operation of the unit in any way. The cover is not even loose. It is just that you would not want to grab by the back of the cover and lift it. It never bothered me because ... moreit has no effect on how the unit works. If this bothers you even a little, please do us both a favor and skip this auction. The unit is in a Calzone briefcase that's pretty heavy duty.
