This is a goldtone metal type back. Goldtone means that it is not a precious metal i.e. not gold just colored gold, it has an aviation theme and is shaped like a passenger jets possibly a 747 but hard to tell because is a piece of jewelry. Measures approximately 1" x 1" and 3/8 of an inch high with a single post pin and clasp for fixing to the apparel. This is an old post hole digger or auger. The digger bucket measures 8.5 inches wide to dig an 8" hole. Besides the wooden handle. The rest of this tool is all metal. There is not markings on the digger to identify who made it. It was made prior to 1950 since I know it has been in our family since then. The tool measures 5 feet 6 inches tall. The metal pipe has a clip near the top that allows it to open up and extend to 9 feet tall when digging deep. There are rust marks on this tool. Comes as is. It weighs nearly 30 pounds. Awesome collectors piece that is hard to find. This metal helmet is still in good shape despite the scrapes. Scratches, and small dings here and there. The inner portion head straps are in good working order and it includes a chin strap. Well we have just taken in a complete Machinist Tool Cart loaded with Model Maker/ Tool Maker fixtures. Measuring equipment, cutters, borescopes etc. We have to empty the top tool box, 2-drawer riser, main roll around base& side drawer hanging cabinet. All keys are with the boxes, all tools are a little aged from sitting but its tool steel so easy to clean up with a little elbow grease. Once the contents are sold the Tool Cart will be listed for auction, LOCAL pick up, but we can deliver to select locations. Here is a good shape metal butt plate complete with screws for the Japanese Type 99 Arisaka rifle. In very good condition with 40% of its original bluing and a bit of light surface rust in a few spots on the inside of the plate. The screws are in excellent shape as well with clean threads and near perfect screw slots(not stripped out) This is for the type 99 Arisaka in 7.7mm. This came off of a series 6 Nagoya arsenal rifle(non matching bolt) but will fit all of the Type 99 rifles. No international sales please. Any questions feel free to ask.
