Vintage Unique Metal Stool eames Era 3 leg type
Welcome to this 7 day auction for a very rare and unique metal stool. This classic by design has three legs attached to a rounded. Three sided seat. The two legs attached to the rear of the seat and the front leg bends down to the floor and then continues to bend back to the two rear legs, where all three are secured together. Each rear leg has a metal cap where the leg meets the floor. The front leg had something attached but it is missing(see photo) The seat stands about 21-1/2" from the floor. With a 5-1/4" back, making the over all height of the stool at about 26-1/2" The seat measures about 13-1/4" across the back and the same from the back center to the front edge. The seat surface has been factory indented to better fit the butt cheeks. The seat back has a rolled edge with three decorative indentations on each side(see ... morephoto) The stool is solid and sturdy. As you can see the original color was the classic red from the 1950's but over the years someone has brushed on a couple different colors. The color on the legs and the seat back is a very pale pea green. The color of the seat and back front is a pale gold/yellow. It also looks like there could be some white and green under. There are some paint chips and scratches here and there all over the stool. It looks like on the seat area there may have been a larger spot(2" by 3" that rusted and was painted over(see photo) Check out the pictures. Feel free to email with any questions you may have. A nice metal sculpture of a Cambodian orchestra member playing something that looks like castenets. He's holding small objects in each hand and looks like he's going to slam them together. I wish I knew more about traditional Cambodian musical instruments so I could be more specific) These figurines were acquired by a dear friend who travelled as a child with his parents. They lived for a few years in the 50s in Cambodia. That's where and when he acquired these pieces. This one is nicely detailed. The player stands a little less than three inches high. Metal Footed Art Nouveau Type Jewelry Casket #136
This is a large metal jewelry casket box with a floral design embossed on it. The box was a gift to my mother from my father in the sixties. The piece measures 8 ¾” long x4 ½” tall x 4 ¼” deep and weighs 3 lbs. 7 oz. Hinge works fine and the bottom of the box is lined. There is no apparent damage to the box.Although it shows some surface wear. The number 136 is stamped on the bottom of the item, and is the only marking we could find. Antique 19thC Hamilton Type Printing Trays Old Oak with Metal Cross Bars
This is a pair of genuine circa 1880's perhaps older Hamilton type print trays in oak. These are very early and uncommon trays that have a great look and feature metal cross bars at each corner to hold the tray separators in place. There are no handles. The condition is good with moderate wear from use and rippling on the back of one from water damage. Measure 32.5"w. 16.75"deep and 175" thick at the front plate. Thank you!

Vintage Type Set Print Blocks 190 + Pieces w/Metal Case WESTERN ELECTRIC COMPANY
Offered for auction is this Western Electric vintage printers type set or wood block set in very good condition. It contains 190 plus pieces plus a metal carrying case and accessories. The loose sheet of paper is the original instructions to the set from Western Electric Company and I believe was used in the telephone industry! This is a rare set and hard to find like this! The metal case measures about 12 1/2" long by 7 1/2" wide by 5" tall. The latches on it work fine. Conceived by William Alexander Smith to combine drill and fun activities with Christian values. Following its inception in Glasgow in 1883. The BB quickly spread across the United Kingdom and became a worldwide organisation by the early 1890s. As of 2003. There were 500,000 Boys' Brigade members in 60 countries Object. Motto and emblem The stated object of the Boys' Brigade is"The advancement of Christ's kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience. Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness. Except for the addition of the word"obedience" in 1893, the contents ... moreof the object has remained unchanged from the beginning. However, some countries, particularly those which permit girls on their membership roll, have re-worded the object for gender neutrality. Up for your consideration we have a lot of 10 antique enameled metal buttons which have a floral-type shape. These probably once had cabochons inside the circular depression in the middle. Although they look fine as they are. I feel that these buttons are begging to be re-purposed into jewelery. think of all the fabulous things you could put in that 1/2" center!
