The origin of this font design is Germanic. The fourth and fifth photos are reversed(right reading) for ease in checking the font and being able to determine condition and the individual letters in the font. Some letters may be out of order. The sixth photo is an image of a specimen sheet taken from the 1912 ATF Type Catalogue. Please Note: Some of the letters are a different variation of the font being offered. Here's a nice big lot of 168 letterpress type blocks. There are approximately 88 wood and 70 metal blocks. There's alphabet letters in all shapes and sizes. Numbers, punctuation marks, dollar signs, decorative blocks and whatnot. Some of the blocks are itsy bitsy and some are 4" and larger. I think there's a little Paul Revere? There's the word"Today" and many other beautiful little scrolls and border type blocks. I don't know anything about these blocks but think they are in good condition.
