This is a tray of Tempo Light lead type. Including a couple of photo-etched halftones. Presumably the 84 on the tray handle means 84 Pt type. This is an as-is uncleaned set, with capitals and lower case, punctuations etc and Numbers. Some letters might be missing. I don't know. It DOES NOT come with the tray. But I would be willing to sell it to the winner separately for $10 and for additional shipping b/c of its off-size. Otherwise, it's the type only shipped in a Flat Rate box. For auction is this nice set of lead letterpress blocks. They are approx 3/4" size and came in an antique Hamilton cabinet we purchased. I will include the tray with purchase so I can tape the letters in place when shipped. The tray itself is in very nice condition as well. I am not an expert or collector in this, so am not able to tell you the fonts and/or sizes. When we collected, we looked for specific letters, not typestyle or size. Random 100 selected) These print type blocks are loose(not fixed in place) and measure from approx. 1/4" to 1" tall(majority are at least 1/2" tall) the last photo contains approx. 4 lots. These blocks are straight out of an old print shop and some date back to the 1920's. They are in as found condition with normal wear from age but overall are in good shape.
