The level is in good condition with only some minor corrosion on the bottom of the tool. The side chrome caps are present and in good condition. This is an old bench machinist level#130 3-3/8 inch made by the LS Starrett Company. We found it still in the old box and wrapped in paper. The box has normal wear and tear but has protected the old level very nicely. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Vintage Starrett Bench Machinist Level #130 3 - 1/2 inch LS Starrett with Box
At auction is a vintage Starrett No. 130 Bench level. It was my father's. Who was a machinist in the early'40s, so this is at 70 years old. It has sat in its box, in a Kennedy machinist kit for all this time. It is 3 1/2" long, though all the ones I find on line under this same number are either 3" or 3 3/8" so maybe this is a rare one. Bubble glass is clear and looks right. No attempt has been made to clean this up. I am selling other similar tools. So check out my"other items" No reserve auction- Good Luck!
