From its overall appearance it has not had a large amount of use. up for sale on this auction is a Phase II Tool Post and a mixed set of six tool holders. Some are phase II, some are unmarked, there is 1 style 1 tool holder with a 1/2"x 7/16" slot for tool bit, 1-style 2 same as style 1 with a v-groove in the bottom to hold boring bar, there is 1-style 4 boring bar holder/ reducing sleeve, 1#2 morse taper, 1-style 7 parting blade holder, and 1 knurling holder/ missing the knurl wheels.These came from an estate and look to have been used very little, look almost like new.

The cast iron fence post are 3 1/4" tall. Top an side holes are 1/4" dia. surface rust with traces of original green paint still showing. Take a piece of Starrett stock 1" x 3/8" ... morex 12" long and tap a 1/4-28 threaded hole in one end. Take a 1/4-28 X 1.5" long set screw(same as the height adjustment screws in the KDK tool blocks I believe) and face off one end flat. Install set screw in bar and lock in place to correct height with nut. Any time you need to check centerline. Rest the bar on top of the KDK holder and match the tool tip to the preset height of the set screw. Spare parts and additional bars are readily available from aftermarket sources and ebay. Mini-Lathe Quick Change Tool Post 2 standard, cutoff blade & boring bar holders
Up for sale is my Quick Change Tool holder use for Mini-Lathe machines made by Sieg and solde by LittleMachineShop. MicroMark, Grizzly Industrial, etc. These work great and I updated to one with a cam lock instead of the allen-key operation like these. It includes: 2x Standard tool holders(for 3/8" tools) 1x Cut Off Blade holder. 1x Boring Bar Holder. I bought these in 2007 and cannot find any original information for them in my email. I will look for the receipt in my shop manuals drawer if there are any questions.
