This listing is for a 2 Axis Newport Oriel Instruments Stepper Motor Controller. With Two Newport Oriel Instruments 13059 360 Degree Rotators with Stepper Motors. The controller turns on and seems to be working OK. The 2 Motors spin freely using the thumbscrew and turning by hand. I do not have any cables for this. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
