Thompson XY Table Linear Motion Model MS33LCB-SL300 Microstage Unit is mounted on a metal plate that measures 19 3/8" by 11 1/4" The lower slide is about 16" long and the bellows are about 14 1/4" There is a motor mount on one end. The upper slide is 13 1/4" long. It does not have a motor mount. There is a one inch thick block mounted on top with a 5/8" hole drilled in it. The block measures about 2 5/8" square. The length of the screw the block travels on is about 10 3/4" long. We have manually turned the mechanisms and the bellows contract and expand the mount moves. No further testing done.
