The two pinhole micrometers are made by the Starrett Co. and have locking mechanisms which allow one to secure the position of the pinhole once the ideal location has been adjusted. the focusing micrometer is not locking type and bears the Newport Research logo. Not Starrett. The pinhole itself is marked 25 µm but there is a label on the back which says 100 µm I can't remember what size the pinhole is. And I am not predicting whether the pinhole/ objective combination will work for you. Plan on buying or making a new pinhole, though I did use this combination myself with a helium neon laser. I have other size objectives if the 40x/ 65 is not ideal. Ask and I'll look around if you have an other preference. Condition is excellent. Thorlabs MDT-693 3 Axis Piezo Controller For sale- a Thorlabs MDT-693 3 Axis Piezo Controller. Two are pictured. Price is for ONE. Included in the sale is ONE of the two pictured optical mounts. Also a Thorlabs product but I don’t see anything other than the corporate logo on them in the way of a model number. One of the two mounts may be new. As in unused, just based on the way the cables are neatly tied up. The other one has the mounting pole. Your choice. Both controllers power up as you can see. And when you turn the knobs the numbers go up or down according to which way you turn them. I tried connecting the optical holder. The one with the post attached, to both units and I didn’t notice any response to changing the controller numbers on any of the three axis. But I have no idea what the response is supposed to be so I might just be ... moreoverlooking it. Or it could be that both units are set up for RS232 control which might disable the local control inputs. So both of the controllers have had limited testing done. They are untested beyond what I have described. And NO warranty is offered. However.
