TSI 9500 LDV Traverse Table w/Manual Controller, HUGE XYZ Linear Stage
TSI 9500 LDV Traverse Table For sale- a TSI Model 9500 LDV Traverse Table. I guess that is an accurate description. Basically what I have is a very large XYZ table with a TSI 9500 controller and a TSI 9533 manual controller. Each axis is fitted with a Sony Magnescale SR-1711R. Which I assume to be a position sensor, and they appear to share a common Sony Magnescale LM22 which I assume is just a digital position readout. All three directions of travel are powered by a Superior M112-FJ-327 stepper motor. I actually have two of these tables. Both with the same components, price is for one. Pictures are of both tables. I used whichever picture turned out the best. These are BIG tables; the longer axis has a label on it that says Effective Length 1050. Which I assume to be the usable length in millimeters. Which works out to a bit over 41” of ... moretravel. The front to back axis is labeled Effective Length 550. So I guess that would work out to a little over 21” of travel. The up/down(Z? axis is unlabeled but looks like the same length SR-1711R as the 550 axis. Please keep in mind that that is just speculation on my part until I can plug the things in. I was hoping that I could find something on these on the internet. But the only thing that seems to come up for TSI 9500 is a particle size analyzer, and that is definitely NOT what I am offering. I have removed the aluminum plate and frame they have mounted to it which will further reduce the height. If I can get it to respond to the manual controller I will lower it to its lowest height prior to shipment as well. At that point I will re-estimate the shipping weight. The aluminum plate and frame contraption looks like it was there to allow something to be fitted on the side for testing rather than on the top. I will probably hold on to one. Maybe both frames and the associated hardware for at least a little while just in case your application would call for something similar. Used Scientifica XYZ linear stage. It is in good condition. Has been powered up, tested, and appears to be in good working condition. The range of motion is 1.0" for each axis. This XYZ system can be de-coupled to form a single stage, or an XY stage using the dovetail connect system. Each drive has it's own limit switches which are accessable from the bottom of each drive. Each drive is comprised of a stepper motor with a precision screw that gives excellent resolution and fine control over the drive motion. Unit comes with only what is pictured. Each XYZ drive stage has a connection for a lemo cable to control the drive motion. No cables are provided, but an electrical connection diagram is provided.
