Newport MM3000 Motion Controller& UTM50CC1HL Linear Stage For sale- an NRC Newport MM3000 Motion Controller. The controller is equipped with a Newport MM3000-K Keypad. And comes with a Newport UTM50CC1HL Linear Stage. The stage is mounted on top of a Weiser/Robodyne Model 141 Precision Elevation Table. Which is manually elevated with the hand crank. When I initially powered up the MM3000 it reported NO STAGE. So I shut it down and found a cable and connected the stage to the Axis 1 output. Which is clearly marked as being for the UE404 CC motor, which is fortunately what the stage is driven by. With that connected I was able to drive the stage in both directions to its stop limit. And then hit the HOME button and have it return to the 0.0000 position. Based on that I would say the MM3000 and the stage are both functional. The MM3000-K ... morekeypad powers up as you can see but it doesn’t have any motion control buttons on it and none of the Macro buttons appear to have anything stored in them. The entire system is untested beyond what is pictured and described here. And NO warranty is offered. However.
