These stages came out of equipment dismantled from the production lines of Solyndra. As far as I can tell these must have been custom made or part of some larger Newport system. I can't find any standard part numbers. Note these are designed to be motorized. But NO motors are included. Opening this up I see the system is built on 2 THK SHS 15 rails and a leadscrew of some sort. There is a NUMERIK JENA encoder strip on one side. As well as 2 limit sensors.
