Up for auction is this super rare Concorde Mark 14 classical guitar. Not much is known about these guitars although at one point they made full size Martin copies. We believe this is a similar era guitar and is made in Japan. It also looks like a few Lyle guitars. This guitar has a solid amber colored spruce top and nice rosewood back and sides- possibly Brazilian. It has an intricate soundhole rosette as well as on the bridge. The tuners are original and look great. The neck is mahogany and has a typical wide classical profile. This guitar has a great sound- deep but articulate. The action is very low and it is easy to play. This guitar is in GOOD condition. It has ... morea few dings. Scr atc hes. Gorgeous and quite rare Gibson Jubilee Deluxe- a very short-lived and historically under-appreaciated model. 00 size D-shaped body Natural gloss finish X-braced solid spruce top Laminated Brazilian rosewood back and sides 3-piece 14-fret mahogany neck 20-fret rosewood fretboard with pearloid dot inlays Rosewood bridge with bone saddle(original adjustable wood saddles were one of the worst design mistakes that Gibson ever made) Black injection-molded pickguard Double-Bound Top Single-Bound Back Double Soundhole Rosette 3-on-a-plate Kluson Deluxe tuners with plastic white buttons(Double-Line) 14-3/8" lower bout 24-3/4" scale 1-9/16" nut width 3-9/16" to 4-9/16" body depth The guitar is in very good condition. It had a split in the center seam from the bridge to the bottom that has been cleated and fixed(picture#6) The ... morefinish is in very nice shape and the Rosewood grain of the body and back is gorgeous. There is a little playwear into the clearcoat on the bass-side of the neck area above the sound-hole that is hard to capture on film(see picture#12) The bridge is nice and tight and the neck is straight. Action is quite nice as well(see picture#5) The only thing unoriginal are the 6 bridge pins which are Genuine Martin"snake-eye" pins(not exactly a bad thing! Plays like a dream and sounds incredible. Not as loud as a J45 nor as top-endie. Very warm from the rosewood with the hardiness of the spruce. Fantastic resonance. INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL CHIPBOARD CASE- in 100% functional condition with many stickers that have been removed from the top.

The clock is a strong runner and keeps accurate time. The rosewood case is in very good condition with very few flaws. Such as a piece of wood chipped from the rear of the clock(see pictures) The front glass appears as if it is original, the hinge is a little loose and also has had a repair to the hinge, but still functions as it should. Despite what the one picture shows, the front bezel does stay shut on it's own and stays closed. The face plate has some slight fading, mostly to the days of the month on the outer rim. The front glass is free of any large scratches or scuffs. The original paper is still present inside the glass door(pictured) The original pendulum weight is included, but ... morethe key is a replacement. The clock does keep time and date well. Attached to the rear of the clock is the history of this clock. It states that it hung in the lobby of the Clifton hotel in Elpaso, Illinois around the turn of the century. This Alvarez=Yari clasical guitar is hand signed& dated by Kazuo Yari. It may have been hand made by him(was new to the company at that point) The wood is all pure(not ply) with rosewood back& sides(it may be brazilian) It's over all condition is 8+ with 1 small ding on the back of the neck(pictured) there's some minor playing wear& tear. But over all in great condition. The neck is straight, has good action(for nylon string) very little, if any, fret wear. one of the tuner button posts is slightly bent, but doesn't effect the useability. The tone is loud& clean, with tons of bass response. I'd put this guitar up against all but the best Remirez. One of the loudest clasicals I've ever played!

Vintage EAMES Rosewood 670 671 Lounge Chair Herman Miller Old Style Clip EXC
Up for auction is a beautiful vintage Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair. Model 670 and 671. It has Brazilian rosewood, with gorgeous rich grain. The chair and ottoman are both in black leather and have a wonderful patina. Herman Miller tags are still present on the chair, though the paper labels seem to have faded over time. The chair still has remnants of the paper labels and the full black label, while the ottoman has the full paper labels beneath it. The chair came from the home of a successful physician. Condition of the cushions are lovely. With minimal wear. The backrests are just about perfect and there are no tears on any of the cushions. The Brazilian rosewood has a couple of very minimal scratches, which simply look like they may have bumped into something else at one point in time. The shock mounts are in great shape and the chair ... morestill holds strong. Without the leaning that can be found with other chairs that have failing mounts. The buyer may pick up the chair. A FINE QUALITY 19th CENTURY ROSEWOOD TRAVELLING CABINET You are viewing a stunning very fine quality 19th century Victorian rosewood 7 draw er trav elling cabinet. With a mo lded top. And a mirro red hinged lockable door below. W hich has an intricate fretwork border. Internally there are two short top drawers and f o ur large draw ers(some with partit ioned co m partments) Where the lower drawer contains a removable hinged writing slope with orig inal valour lining. See photos 6, 7& 8. The top moulding at the top reveals a s mall secret drawer. See photo 4. The drawers have litt le bone knobs which differ very slightly in size. Please take time to study the photographs to gain an appreciation of this unusual and very col lectable cabinet. The rosewood grain and colour looks rich in real life. Flash photo graphs do not do this cabinet ... morejustice. I believe this cabinet is all original including the brass hinges and lock which is in working order with replacement key provided. The con dition of th is very unusual and rare piece is quite exceptional considering the age with no major damage. Cracking, warping or restoration work, I bel ieve that it has not been touched(repaired/ items replaced) since the day it was made. Bearing the manufacturers trademark. 88 note schwander roller action. 71/4 octave keyboard which is in very good order. This instrument was fully reconditioned in 2007. It has had new strings. Carved Parlor Set Rosewood, Marble, Vintage Victorian, Italian Made Three-Piece
Here we have an amazing vintage rosewood and marble three-piece parlor set. Without a doubt. This set is of high quality. The bases are handcarved Rosewood and a fine craftsmanship. They are very solid. The marble is Mark made in Italy, so I assume that means the entire set including the wood is made in Italy. I can't say for certain and I don't know for sure where the bases were made however you can tell they're very well-made. There's very few condition issues however there's some missing finish, more so on one of the end tables, but also a couple other locations on the other tables. It's not a lot of finish loss but it's worth mentioning. The marble loosely sits on top of the rosewood but the way he holds it perfectly and position. The marble was definitely made to fit the wooden basis. There's one small ... morechip in one of the end table tops. See photo. It appears that one of the tables has a slightly lighter color wood, but it's really not that noticeable. Recent Trade brought in this great 22 fret neck.Came in on a 90's fender squire and shows hardly any wear.Looks almost New.Has no fret wear and the tuners still sparkle. The 02/89 written on the neck end leads me to believe that this may not originally be off a squire. There are no other sets of holes drilled and the neck is clean with no other markings as the headstock logo was sanded off when it arrived. Nevertheless this is a straight great working neck with some excellent figuring on the rosewood,really sharp.Offered at no reserve will make a great addition to any project that requires a tele or strat scale neck. Top is spruce with mahogany back. Bridge and fretboard are of rosewood. The neck is straight and the tuners are in good working order. Built with lattice style bracing. It measures 14 3/8" at the lower bout. 9 1/2 at the waist, and 11 1/4" at the upper bout. Depth is 4 1/2" at the bottom and 3 5/8" at the top. Overall length is 39 1/2" There are 14 frets to the body. String height at the 12th fret is 3/32" It plays nice and has bright rich tone. Up for auction is a Marlin hand carved out of what I was told is Ironwood(although it could be Rosewood. You be the judge) This was crafted by a true artist and has very realistic and anatomically correct detail. It will be packed very well with substantial shipping material to prevent potential damage. The Marlin measures 18” tall and 10” from the dorsal fin to the edge on the other end of the base. The base is 6” wide and it weighs 4 lbs.
