I have a box of hundreds of these saddles from the original Danelectro factory in New Jersey. I used to have tons of Dano parts but stuff like bodies. Necks and pickups are all gone. I do have some complete 3+3 and 4 in line skate key tuners and PILES of original skate key tuner buttons and posts and the white plastic end caps. I also have an original 60's shipping box from Jensen speakers with Danelectro stamped on it. A lot of the small parts I have were in this box when I got them. 60s Norma electric guitar Japan one dead p/up but real Cute Rosewood This guitar is a Norma. Made in Japan sometime in the 1960s. Before I continue with the description PLEASE NOTE the BRIDGE PICKUP IS DEAD and disconnected. That pickup would need to be rewound or replaced. Otherwise, everything works, the guitar has a pretty straight neck and decent action although you may want to spend some time setting it up to your preferences. Laminated rosewood body has some scratches, scuffs, and chips but still looks pretty good. The tremolo handle still has plastic on the tip, and all parts are present. This is a gorgeous 2003 Paul Reed Smith Custom 22(Artist? w/ ROSEWOOD NECK. Serial# 3 81942. It has a thick flamed maple top in the marquis PRS golden/yellow with gold hardware to match. The flames in the wood are visible all the way to the edges and there's a faint vertical set of lines that are matched up as well. Matching the great bird inlays is the PRS signature in the headstock which is also iridescent. And a handcrafted moon/bird trussrod cover. Phase II locking tuners make for easy in and out string changes. The back color is a nice tan mahogany that perfectly matches the yellow. The wide/fat rosewood neck feels soooo smooth in your hands, it is really a treat and pleasure to play. Like most PRS guitars, the tone on this guitar is FANTASTIC. Vintage Early 1900's Washburn USA Mandolin Rosewood
Circa 1900s? Washburn rosewood mandolin. 9 staves. No cracks. if you tap the back it is solid. You can hear a tiny bit of play in one of the staves. But I can't locate any ungluing, and if it is loose at all it is very minor, or perhaps not loose at all. Overall extremely solid. It appears neck and back of headstock are sanded and there is a tiny piece of the bridge between the two A strings which appears to have snapped off. This does not affect playability, and the strings don't move. I have an old Vega and this one is much louder with a better sound. Tunes up nicely and plays easily with a low action.

There is no bubbling or lifting on the top and the bridge is secure. All that is wrong with the guitar are a couple of little scuff dings on the sides(pics 6 and 7) and the back of the headstock has a crack that is not deep in between the lower keys. Taylor 710CE 1998 Fishman Blend pickup minty clean western cedar rosewood
15 years old and there's not a mark on it. It looks to have never been played. Yet surely it has been since the one upgrade is a beautifully vut compensated bone saddle. The action is perfect with a straight neck, set up for medium strings. Very open sounding thanks to the cedar top. Collectible instrument is presented in fine playing condition with original hard shell case. This guitar was in Bob Willcutt's private collection from about 1975. The BC RICH name was first used 66-67. And he made about 300 acoustics until 1976. Even back then Brazilian was getting rare and it was a good investment. When he visited the BC Rich"factory" quite primitive with men shaping necks with drawknives, he was told it was built by Bernie. This is a model B-38 s/ 404474 The nut width is 1 5/8" The finish and frets are all original to the guitar. The neck set it to factory specifications 8/64" on the low E and 7/64" on the high E at the 12th fret. The X bracing looks standard. No scalloping. The shape of the neck is a hybrid between a fat classical and vintage V. It appears to be a traditional dovetail neck joint. There are no bolts showing. The top appears to be adirondack spruce. But it is not confirmed. There are no repairs visible at all. The fingerboard binding has 2 small cracks. Vintage FMC Made in Brazil God only knows how old this one is or where in Brazil it came from( Is all I could find) Wood types: Rosewood from Brazil. Brazilian Rosewood? It smells like it but no expert here. There is no question it is some type of rosewood. Not sure what the top is. Sale: Auction style- No Reserve. This unit will sell to the highest bidder. Disclosures: Head was broken at some point along the middle of one bank of keys. Is very well repaired and is hard to tell from the front. You can see it from the back in one of the photos. Positives: Lots of Brazilian rosewood was laid out on this guit. I believe the back and sides are braz. But it must be a weird cut because it doesn’t look characteristic slab or quarter. Vintage 1965 Giannini Model 2 Classical Guitar - Brazilian Rosewood Fretboard NR
1965 Giannini Classical 3/4 scale 6 string Model# 2 in overall good condition. Deep chocolate Brazilian Rosewood fretboard. Appears to be a laminate Spruce top and because of the dark finish. Hard to tell what type of wood was used on the back and sides. Whatever was used, it also appears to be laminate. A few scratches and dings for a 48 year old guitar. Structurally sound. Some unusual greening of the headstock finish. Comes with original chipboard case with new strings and a professional setup. This is a great guitar to have sitting in the corner of the room ready to be played when the inspiration strikes you. A great little travel guitar from Giannini's golden era.

yamaki model 125 serial number is 40416. features solid rosewood back and sides. spruce top w/spruce neck and rosewood fretbourd. measures 40 1/2 inches long. 15 3/4 at widest(bottom bout) just put on 2 new tuners, and new martin strings(sounds amazing) this one has the vertical yamaki inlay was done like this only the first few years in korea. later they moved to japan where everything was made by machine. the black case in photos is the orijinal inclueded. the serial number is on a upper brase inside guitar. comes with. Guitar, case, 2 extra sets of strings, tuner, and quick string tool. a page of easy chords is in there also. the rosewood is in great shape without any cracks or dents or bows. the neck is decent as is fretbourd. spruce top has slight dip but still fairly good. some luthier work in the future would be well worth the investment. ... moreI tested this guitar against new martins and taylors gibsons. The yamaki sounds better, a few of the high end guitars i liked but there price tags were between $2500.00- 3500.00. The high end taylor was easier to play. One guitar would compare in up-strokes, the other might compare in base but non could do it all like the yamaki can. I had paid with shipping $ 500 for the guitar(ebay) 5 years ago. And spent another $100 of set up. defects. the guitar is showing its age. Some scratches and dings as you can see in photos. The back has mostly faded out clouded finish. The previouse owner says was like that since the 70s. there is a crack near the sound hole that is tight along the fret bourd, that was there five years ago when i purchased it, the previouse owner said it was there since the 70s as well. hard to see in photos) The third fret small e string made a groove into the fretbourd, you have to look close to see that, dousnt effect play) I had guitar set up 4 years ago. Beautiful flowing-grained rosewood back and sides with a 3-piece(Martin D35-style) back and abalone trim. Arrowhead Abalone neck position markers. 6-ply top binding. 5-ply back binding, bound neck. Outstanding workmanship and materials, as with all the early Japan-made guitars. Adjustable height bridge saddle. A few grooves in the fretboard in the second fret, but not much fret wear. 1968 MARTIN D-28 BRAZILIAN ROSEWOOD w/ CASE- "Minty" D28
This was the last guitar I bought from the late great Frankie Moates of Atlanta Vintage Guitars many years ago. He said: man. You gotta buy this guitar,take it home put it in the closet and forget you own it. I did. Until now. More of a player than collector these days and I can't bring myself to play this guitar without worrying about it. Furthermore. Storage of an instrument like this requires a proper climate, etc. etc. In any case, for the holidays I am offering this for sale. No Lacquer Checking! I have done nothing to this guitar since I bought it. A quick wipe prior to the pictures indicates it still retains a shiny glow everywhere and will easily look even better with a bit more attention. I discovered the tiny nick or brown spot above the sound hole during my picture inspection. I don't remember that spot. It's almost ... moreseems like a wood discoloration, but for now will call it a nick. I am certain it can be removed or covered. It is the size of a pencil tip at best. The only other minor point of mention I can find is a faint/slight"scuffing" on the top. This is very hard to see unless under a good light& even harder to show in pictures. I am trying to be very accurate& honest in my description. Martin collectors are a different sort& will appreciate that. If it were not for the aforementioned concerns. I would call this guitar near mint or better. Everyone, has a varying scale of quality but to me, it's near mint with some minor exceptions some may say, excellent plus plus. It is 45 years old. Hopefully, the pictures speak for themselves. The brazilian is very consistent and strong as is the grain on the top. This guitar does not have wild. Thick, or random brazilian lines as some others do. Some will prefer this, others won't. I don't believe this guitar has had any work done to it. VINTAGE YAMAHA FG-470S, FG 470S, SOLID TOP, ROSEWOOD, VERY NICE!!
Here is a super nice vintage YAMAHA 6-strings guitar. The model number is FG-470S. It has a SOLID spruce top. And rosewood back and sides. The neck appears to be mahogany. The fretboard and the bridge are rosewood. The back and the sides may also be solid. But I am not sure. The grain outside appears to match the grain inside. The serial number is stamped on the front brace. I Please do not confuse this guitar with the newer FG 470SA. Which has a painted leaf design and painted logo on the headstock. This vintage Yamaha FG-470S has a bird(or dove) inlaid on the headstock in mother of pearl. The Yamaha logo is also mother of pearl. Additionaly, the fretmarkers are also bird inlays in mother of pearl. This guitar is a totally different breed. This beautiful guitar is fully bound. Binding on the body includes abalone like material. The neck ... moreand the headstock are also bound. Just plain beautiful guitar! This guitar is very well taken care of. There are discolorations where the neck meets the body. But there is no separation, whatsoever. I do not know what caused the discolorations. The neck is butted very well to the body. The bridge is solidly attached to the top, no sign of lifting whatsoever. As you can see in the pictures, this is just a superb vintage guitar. There are minor scratches. Some did not show in the pictures, and it is not practical to describe all of them. So please, examine the pictures very closely and,ake sure you zoom in. As the pictures show, this guitar is in excellent condition. The machine heads are gold plated. And stamped with"Yamaha" and"Japan. The action is low. And very easy to play. This is the top of the R series line. Here are the specs taken from the Ramirez website. But first. Let me say that this is a 2003 R4 VERY NEAR MINT. There are no cracks, chips, splits, smears, tears, bumps, or anything on this guitar. There is a slight area about ONE THIRD the size of a dime that is slightly lighter in color on the back of the headstock, near top left in the pic. I have included two pics of the back of the headstock and as you can see it does not even show up in the pics it is so small and insignificant. 1967 Martin D-35 Guitar Brazilian Rosewood D 28 35 18 41 45 42
Up for sale is a 1967 Martin D-35 Acoustic Guitar. This guitar is a second year production D-35 as this model only became available in 1965 as a result of the Brazilian rosewood shortage. This guitar is in very good plus condition. The first two years of D-35 production are the most sought after due to their small maple bridge-plates. In 1968. Martin beefed up the bracing on the back and sides and also added a huge rosewood bridge-plate that significantly degraded the sound on all Martins up through the 1980s. This guitar retains its sought after“patent pending” Grover Rotomatic tuners and it was still the practice in 1967 to use“Hide glue” on the tops and top bracing of guitars. The lighter quarter inch braces of the D-35 allow for a huge sound that was only possible before 1965 with a“Pre-War” Martin guitar. This model soon out sold the ... morestaple D-28 model because of the improvements to sound in a D-35. The rosewood on this guitar has a super nice grain as you can see in the pictures. The guitar has its original first year issue black pickguard and doesn’t appear to have had a neck reset or a new bridge installed. This is a classic on the mid-sixties Martin Guitar Company. I have this guitar priced at a huge discount from the $5500.00 to $6500 dollar asking prices usually seen on these guitar due to a few minor issues. The first is extra screw holes for open back tuners. Some players have been putting open back tuners on Martins with Grover tuners. So this guitar has extremely small hole right above each tuner. You don’t even see them while you are playing. But they are there and should be mentioned. The guitar also has a few top cracks behind the bridge. All have been repaired and sealed. But they are there. When the cracks were sealed the top was over sprayed a bit behind the bridge. But nothing major and the over spray could easily be waxed or rubbed off with the right compound. It's been all over the US and Europe and was sent back to the US a couple of years ago from Germany. All in all it's still in very good shape. It has a half a dozen repaired top cracks, one or two repaired back cracks, non-original tuners, although nice period Klusons. It appears the fret board was either shorten for a pick up of some kind or the fret board was replaced as it is slightly shorter than would be original to this guitar(see last guitar picture) The neck is straight, flat and wide, the action is low and great for finger picking. Looks like the top has been over sprayed. The bridge pins have been replaced with ebony mother of pearl. The case does not appear to be original, looks like a late ... more60's or early 70's, but definitely a Guild case and the correct size. These Hoboken Guild's are extremely rare and this is a nice example. I am selling a super charming little vintage 1960s Made in Japan Hy-Lo acoustic dreadnaught guitar. From what I have gathered the Hy-Lo brand was manufactured by Kawai Teisco in Japan in the late 1960s. The action is about 5/32" at the twelfth fret. The guitar has a rosewood(Brazillian? bridge and is stamped JAPAN on the bracing inside the sound hole as shown in pictures below. Picky buyers move on because(although it's gorgeous) the guitar does have a bump on the bottom(pictured) and scuffs on the top but does not effect the sound or tonal quality of the instrument. Hi, Thanks for checking out this auction by Chicagodrums. The item for sale is a Sonor Phonic Snare Drum in Rosewood Finish. D516. 6.5X14. The drum has rosewood inside and out. The condition, and I'm SUPER picky, is 6/10. It was a players drum. For the shell, there is some fading compared to the inside veneer. There are also marks which don't go through the veneer. The bottom edge is perfect, but the top has a small dent. I was going to fix it but was advised not to due this being an all original vintage drum. The hardware and hoops have mild pitting and some of the chrome on the tuning rods has flaked off. The stationary throw off, opposite of the throw off, has the original screw but the inside of it is striped. All that said, I just tuned this drum up, and it sounds just awesome! 1964 Gibson reverse Firebird I guitar 7 Pounds 3 Ounces! MONSTER guitar right here! This is a player grade guitar that has modifications! If you want a classic Firebird I with EXTRA muscle. This is it! If my memory serves me this is very much like the beloved Paul Stanley of Kiss used guitar. Paul's Firebird 1 was black.and I'm petty certain it too had been modified to a full sized humbucker. His was busted in the studio, and since then he said it was the best guitar he ever owned. Guitar has no headstock or neck issues. Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. Re-fretted with taller wire, has banjo tuners. Plugged hole where a volume pot use to reside on the guard. The notes still jump off the fretboard with a springy clarity, and the whole body resonates against your body as you play it. The neck is fat, comfortable, and worn in very well. You won't find much better playability in a guitar this age- get your hands on this beauty while you still can! This 1947 Martin 00-21 has a beautiful spruce top that has aged into the deep. Luscious color you can see in the photos. The Brazilian Rosewood sides and back give the guitar a warmth and projection that few other woods can. The 1.850" nut width provides ample space for fingerpickers, and a fat, comfortable D shape neck provides a smooth ride everywhere. The neck was just reset and the board was refretted very recently. These were both done very well, and the frets have plenty of life left. The tuners are the original tuners. Serial number 100552. This 1947 Martin 00-21 is in very good condition. Some of the finish on the top has worn away. And there are a few scratches and dings from normal playing wear. The back has some buckle worming, but the finish is almost entirely intact. There is a small hole on the side from a buckle strap that was removed at one point. None of the imperfections affect playability or tone in any way. You should be able to see all of the wear in out

The concert size martin guitar is a stunningly beautiful example. 1& 7/8’th inches wide at the nut with a mild“V” shape neck. The frets are in excellent shape. It’s easy to play with light strings& sounds great. This is a 100 year plus guitar and does not have modern action. It has action of 7/64’th and 8/64’th inches at the 12’th fret from High to Low E. There is a top crack repair below the bridge. There are a few tight& minor hairlines on the back& sides. Overall this is very clean for and antique guitar with superb tonality. The Martin 0-18 is signed by F H M& dated underneath the top. The CF MARTIN& Co Nazareth PA Logo is inscribed on the back of headstock& ... moreon the neck block above the serial number.
